Imagine knowing exactly what your tax bill is going to be; how great would that feel? Now imagine having that knowledge waaaaaay before the shops have dusted off their Christmas decorations. How amazing will you feel strutting into January with your tax return all done and dusted?

But every January I say it'll be different next year

You want to keep on top of your finances, you really do, but it's just all so complicated and client work takes over. The next thing you know it's mid-January and you're desperately searching through a pile of receipts trying to work out what you spent the previous March...again.

Bookkeeping (that's the keeping on top of your finances bit) doesn't need to be complicated and it doesn't need to take up a lot of time. All you need is a bit of a guiding hand, and that's where I come in.

Okay, tell me the secret

Join me for 2 hours where I'll talk you through setting up a monthly bookkeeping routine, how to manage those pesky receipts, and what you can and can't claim as a business expense. By the end of the workshop you'll know how to set yourself up for the new tax year, as well as how to pull everything together quickly for the current year so that you can submit your tax return well before summer.

And you are?

I'm Emma and I set up The Number Ninja four years ago to help people just like you to take control of their business's finances. I work with freelancers and micro businesses throughout the UK, with a focus on creative industries. As well as providing done-for-you services (because I do love a good self assessment), I support business owners just like you to better manage their finances and to put in place systems to help them to do so. I know that you have the ability to take control of your accounts, you just need a few pointers to help you on the way.
